Organizational Readiness Assessment

Complete this 10-question self-assessment to determine if your organization is ready for the Innovation Challenge. Takes 5-10 minutes.

This assessment is for the nonprofit grant track. Social enterprises should apply through Eagle Ventures.

1Basic Eligibility

All three must be "Yes" to proceed

Is your organization a 501(c)(3) nonprofit or fiscally sponsored project?

Is your organization's annual revenue under $2 million?

Does your organization serve at least 50 families/youth annually (or have a clear plan to reach this within 12 months)?

2Organizational Capacity

3+ "Yes" answers recommended

Would your organization be able to measure cost per outcome if you receive a grant?

Do you have at least one staff member with basic technology proficiency?

Can your organization commit to an 18-month implementation timeline?

Does your executive leadership actively support pursuing technology innovation?

3Program Readiness

All three "Yes" answers strongly recommended

Are you prepared to release grant-funded work as open source?

Can you develop a data privacy and security plan for sensitive family information?

If selected as a finalist, can your team participate in a mid-May showcase or live pitch event?
